Building the framework 1

Regional organisations

The members of a regional organisation are divided in two groups:
members that support one or more forms of kite-flying;
members that support all (6) forms of kite-flying

members can be:

National:

  1. Federation of clubs

    A federation of clubs, of which the members (flyers) support one or more forms of kiteflying.

  2. Association of flyers

    A nation-wide organisation that supports one or more of the forms of kite flying.

This means a maxium of six organisations per nation can be member of the regional association;
organisations that are not "nationwide" can not be a member of a regional association

World wide organisation

The members will be the regional associations
so the maximum number of members will be same as the number of regions

Goals:

Allowing different forms and levels of national organisations to be part of a world wide frame work
